3. Property Owner provides identification of potential replacement properties within 45 days of the sale date.

4. Strategic Property Exchanges, LLC provides “ Exchange Services” for the purchase of the replacement property, including contacting all the parties, review and/or preparation of all necessary documents, attend the closing, and the transfer of funds at the closing.

5. After the closing, Strategic Property Exchanges, LLC provides a Binder with all the necessary information associated with the exchange including all necessary tax reporting at no additional charge.
