3. Property Owner provides identification of potential replacement properties within 45 days of the sale date.
4. Strategic Property Exchanges, LLC provides Exchange Services for the purchase of the replacement property, including contacting all the parties, review and/or preparation of all necessary documents, attend the closing, and the transfer of funds at the closing.
5. After the closing, Strategic Property Exchanges, LLC provides a Binder with all the necessary information associated with the exchange including all necessary tax reporting at no additional charge.
